License Agreement

The website Erethizon (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and all of its content, including texts, stories, translations, images, graphics, logos, source code, databases, multimedia elements, and game mechanics (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”), are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Azel Company s.r.o., with its registered office at Politických obětí 118, Frýdek-Místek 738 01, Czech Republic, Company ID: 29385008, File No.: C 38028 kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

1. Use of Content

• The user is authorized to use the Website Content solely for personal purposes.
• Any other use, especially copying, distribution, translations, modifications, creation of derivative works, making available to third parties, or commercial use of the Content without the prior written consent of the Operator, is strictly prohibited.

2. Game Account

• By registering on the Website, the user creates a personal account.
• The account is non-transferable and remains the property of the Operator.
• The Operator reserves the right to block or terminate the account in case of violation of these terms or generally binding legal regulations.

3. Trademarks and Copyrighted Works

• The name Erethizon, logos, graphic elements, texts, and other parts of the visual and literary identity are trademarks and copyrighted works of the Operator.
• Their use without the consent of the Operator is prohibited.

4. Liability

• The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Website, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
• The Website Content is provided “as is” without any warranty of availability or error-free operation.

5. Final Provisions

• The Operator is entitled to amend this License Agreement at any time.
• The current version is always published on the Website.
• By using the Website, the user agrees to this License Agreement.
